Justin Letschert

Justin is the CEO of Union-Swiss. A qualified Chartered Accountant; he began his career in 1992 as a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor with Seeff Corporate Finance, and was appointed as a director and head of the pharmaceutical sector in 1993. A year later, he left to set up Letschert Brothers Corporate Finance, a specialist M&A boutique serving the pharmaceutical and personal care product industries. Between 1995 and 2000 the company consistently topped the tables as the most prolific dealmaker in these industries. In March 2000, Justin (with his brother David) acquired the share capital of Union-Swiss (Pty) Ltd. and together they have overseen its growth into the stream-lined, global entity it is today.

David Letschert

David is the COO of Union-Swiss. Also a qualified Chartered Accountant, he completed his articles at Ernst & Young in Cape Town in 1995 and then went on to gain valuable experience with UBS Bank in London. He returned to South Africa in 1998 to take up a position at Letschert Brothers Corporate Finance as a mergers and acquisitions specialist in the personal care products industry. In March 2000, David (with his brother Justin) acquired the share capital of Union-Swiss (Pty) Ltd. and together they have overseen its growth into the stream-lined, global entity it is today.
